Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

west11 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.

Customs delays are outside our control.
